It’s unenforceable. It’s Constitutionally vague and over broad. Go to any federal or local court house or municipal hearing room on any given day and observe the criminal courtrooms. What is being prosecuted? An actual, physical crime that’s on the books. The Judge requires, absent a guilty plea, the prosecutor to prove the “elements” of the crime.
What crime does this “order” describe? What does a prosecutor prove up? Nothing. It’s all “smoke and mirrors.” It’s a baffle them with bullshit deal.
There are judges with spines. Three with SCOTUS. I know not in the majority, but their dissents are needed. We cannot forget the judges like Breyer in San Francisco and Young in Boston. Young's 161-page ruling he put out about the first amendment should be read by all Americans. Of course, we cannot and should not forget a judge with the best name ever, Sparkle Sooknanan. What she did to get those children off that plane was a master class in how to handle the DOJ.
If one were to closely examine the “shadow docket” matters, what the court is saying is that it needs an actual “harmed” party. ie The matter needs to play out or the individual needs to be FIRED. Also, if the “aid” or funding was distributed, there would be it be a “case or controversy.” The matter wouldn’t be “justiciable.” It’s technical.
One big issue to me is that, there can be a BIG gap of time, money and distress expended between when one could be arrested or detained, and when an act is deemed unconstitutional through the judicial process. We have already seen that strategy used in the Trump playbook to drum up fear.
This administration is already expanding the amount of facilities “detainees” can be held in. It’s not too far fetched to think they will be dual purposed for immigration and American dissenters.

But what it should do beyond strike fear in peoples' hearts, is inject stubborn determination into their backbones, because if the resistance doesn't rise up and reject the edicts of the cowards in power, citizens will live and die under the oppressors' boots.
There is no judicial saviour in sight, as SCOTUS is proudly flying tyranny's flag. They must be impeached all 6 conservative justices.
With the remaining three on the bench and if a democrat congress blocks nominees we can reclaim SCOTUS there is no other option.
